International Students Spring Break Update:
This update is for students who purchased the Student Insurance for the Spring/Summer or Spring 2014 Semesters. Since Texas State University is on Spring Break next week; March 10th through 14th and the SHC will be closed; should students need to seek health care and need a temporary insurance card during the break, please be aware that students may call Customer Care at Academic Health Plans (AHP).
The staff at AHP can contact Aetna for student’s insurance ID number (W#) and then email a Temporary ID Card to the student’s Texas State University email address. Should students need to go to a hospital or Urgent Care facility, students can call AHP to verify eligibility and benefits.
