Texas State has been named the winner of the 2009 National Marrow Donor Program Collegiate Award for the outstanding contributions made during cancer awareness month in April. The award recognizes the college or university that exemplifies a high level of commitment to raising awareness, recruiting donors and supporting the life-saving work of National Marrow Donor Program.
Health Education
The Student Health Center's Health Education Department provides information for students on a variety of health topics. Through patient education materials, presentations, brochures and handouts, and outreach events, we work hard to help students understand how they can stay healthy while in college and throughout their lives.
