Student Health Center Organizational Structure

The Student Health Center – Texas State University Org. Chart.  The Vice President of Student Affairs over sees the entire organization. Directly underneath the Vice President is the Director of the Student Health Center. The Director has an Administrative Assistant III who supervises a student worker. Directly underneath the Director of the Student Health Center is the Assistant Director of Clinical Services, the Assistant Director of Human Resources and Procurement, the Associate Director, the Assistant Director of Health Promotion Services and the Assistant Director of Health Information & Quality Management. The Assistant Director of Clinical Services supervises 5 staff physicians, 2 psychiatrists, 3 registered nurses, the supervisor of lab services, 2 Medical technologists (1 agency), 5 nurse practitioners, 11 licensed vocational nurses, 3 licensed vocational nurses, NSNR/Agency, 1 phlebotomist (Agency/CPL), 1 Registered Nurse/Clinic Coordinator in Round Rock, 1 Nurse Practitioner in Round Rock and 1 Medical Assistant in Round Rock. The Assistant Director of Human Resources & Procurement supervises 1 procurement specialist and 1 Admin II & Credentialing Assistant. The Associate Director Supervises the pharmacy supervisor who oversees an NSNR/Agency Pharmacist I, a pharmacy tech and student workers. Next, the Associate Director supervises the Coordinator of Marketing & Promotions who over sees student workers. Lastly, the Associate Director supervises the Manager of Medical Billing who oversees an Admin II – Senior Medical Billing Specialist, and Admin II – Medical Billing Specialist (Agency), Head Accounting Clerk/Cashier Supervisor, Cashier, Cashier Students/NSNR Agency, Admin II/ Reception Supervisor, Admin Assistant I/Receptionist, NSNR & Students, Receptionists, Eligibility & Verification Clerk Students
